Mild agitation by rotation of the unopended bottle will dislodged it but it returns after only a few minutes of standing. The best way to get rid of it permanently is to strain the chunks out. You can also simply not pour them into the measuring cup and it will work fine. Sediment in the Iso side (B side) is simply moisture that has reacted with it and fallen to the bottom similar to the crustiness you might observer around the cap.
