Contact our support team to initiate a return. Our return policy allows returns for unopened / unused products purchased in the last 30 days.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for sending the items back to us and providing our support team with the following information:

• Order number.
• Return tracking number.
• Reason for return.
• Which items from the order are being returned.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 10 business days after our returns department receives the return.
